Areavoices Digest #52 – Are women sabotaging their leadership through self-doubt?

It’s an interesting question posed by one of our newest bloggers. Jess Almlie works with student leaders at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. But now she’s started a blog here on Areavoices which seeks to provide advice for women who wish to develop their leadership skills. In a world where women make up half the workforce, but only 2.4% of Fortune 500 CEO positions, it’s information worth hearing. It’s just the first of this week’s recommended blogs.
